Wake Up – Shake Out – Qi Gong – And Roar!
Designed to be an insanely awesome way to start the day, this workshop will combine several enlivening practices including qi gong, meditation, breathwork, shaking and embodiment.
There will be energizing movement practices, gentle nurturing energy work, as well as a good dose of laughter and silliness.
The workshop leave you feeling awake, alive and grounded in the body, but also connected to your inner world and capacity for self healing. The session will run for around 45 minutes. Wear loose clothing. All welcome.

Shanti has a passion for teaching spiritual practices including qi gong, meditation and dancing, and has facilitated numerous workshops in Melbourne and Byron Bay.
He is the author of ‘The Peaceful Place’ book (available on Amazon, and has a YouTube channel called ‘Wide Awake with Shanti’.
Daniel enjoys being spontaneous and seeks to ensure his workshops are heaps of fun while also helping facilitate deep awakenings for the body, mind and spirit.
